Cabo Verde III

Description
For the third Action in the country, MIEUX supported the Ministry of Interior to prepare bylaws for the new Law on Foreigners and the Law on Asylum and involved experts from Cabo Verde and Portugal to train public officials in the application of the new legislation.

The Action provided opportunities to hold relevant discussions about the main legal, administrative and procedural changes of the new Immigration Law for a large panel of police officers tasked with carrying forward its implementation on the ground.
