Description
In 2009, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan requested support from MIEUX to provide a platform for discussions, transfer of knowledge and increased cooperation between the EU and relevant actors in the country.
The main activity of this Action was a seminar on visa facilication and migration between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the EU. Overall, it resulted in improved understanding of the relevant authorities about EU migration policies and practices as well as diverse exchanges on a range of issues related to migration.
